We are a traditional firm of Licensed Conveyancers offering a friendly service, with over 40 years experience in Conveyancing. The Partnership was founded in 1992 by Eric Roberts and John Rose. John Wells became a partner in 2001.
We are regulated by the Council of Licensed Conveyancers, (CLC). We are specialist property lawyers who are trained and qualified in all aspects of law dealing with property transactions and can offer our services to assist you in all aspects of buying and selling residential and commercial property (transferring ownership of property or land).
After acquiring your property we can advise on preparing Wills to protect you and your family. We can also deal with Probate matters for you.
The CLC have a duty under the Administration of Justice Act 1985: "to ensure that the standards of competence and professional conduct among persons who practice as Licensed conveyancers are sufficient to secure adequate protection for consumers and that the conveyancing services provided by such persons are provided both economically and efficiently.
